“Yari (ASX:YAR) has increased the inferred coal resource to 190 million tonnes by 26% at the Rolleston South Coal Project in Queensland.
Rolleston South’s previous inferred resource contained 151 million tonnes, representing a 91% increase from the previous figure of 78.9 million tonnes.
The uplifted resource following an analysis of drilling from three coal seam gas wells sourced through a data sharing agreement. The geological modelled area was also expanded, which improved coal seam thickness and extended the cut-off depth, enabling coal resource expansion.”
